Rain is over, but it’s chilly out there

Just a matter of keeping warm on the way to the bus stop (for those of you with just a day of school left before the holiday!) The rain has moved out to the east but the clouds remain with temperatures stuck in the 40s. Wind is eventually going to pick up a little later this morning and blow about 25 mph from the southwest.
