Weekend crash in McDonald County claims two lives

MCDONALD COUNTY, Mo. – A crash in McDonald County claimed the lives of two Springdale, Arkansas residents on Saturday, Nov. 14.

Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident happened around 10 a.m. after 53-year-old Telni Helson’s Toyota Corolla began skidding on the wet road, moving into the southbound lane and into the path of another car on Missouri 59, about two miles south of Missouri 90 in Noel.

Helson and his passenger, 42-year-old Marciana Bokadrik died on the scene.

The other driver and passengers involved in the accident, all from Neosho, escaped with minor injuries.
