DELAWARE COUNTY, Okla – Man arrested for the murder of a Jay, Oklahoma woman.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation arrested 52-year-old Jack Hackathorn on one count of First Degree Murder.

According to Authorities, the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office was called to south 620 Road in Jay after receiving 9-1-1 calls after 5:00 P.M. on November 4th.

There, authorities found 60-year-old Mary Hackathorn dead in the residence with multiple gunshot wounds.

Jack Hackathorn is being held in jail without bond.
