A head-on collision leaves 2 dead on 160th Road in Neosho County

NEOSHO COUNTY, Kan – 2 Buffalo, Kansas residents are dead following a crash on 160th Road in Neosho County.

67-year-old Michael Drake of Buffalo, Kansas was driving a 2004 Chevy Avalanche Westbound on 160th Road at 5:40 P.M. when he collided head on with a Model 8240 Combine.

Drake was trying to cross a bridge when he collided with the Combine that was driving Eastbound on 160th Road.

Both Michael Drake and his passenger, 63-year-old Marilyn Drake were killed at the scene.

The Combine drivers suffered no apparent injuries.
