PITTSBURG, Ks. – Plenty of 4-State families came out to the Wood Farms Pumpkin Patch for some Halloween fun in Pittsburg on Saturday.
There were plenty of cool activities and plenty of pumpkins for people to check out. Folks could participate in a scavenger hunt, get their faces painted, and there was no shortage of things for the kids to climb and play on.
A mom from Frontenac tells KOAM that coming to the pumpkin patch has become a special tradition for her little boy.
“This is our 7th year here. We’ve come here every year since he was born,” said mother Kamey as she entered the pumpkin patch with her son Beau.
Visiting kids even got to take home a free pumpkin from the patch for making some pumpkin pie.
