CARTHAGE, Mo. – Hannah Hurlbut died in April from an undiagnosed medical condition. She was just twelve years old.
The owner of Hayes Fireworks in Carthage says she was the daughter of a dear friend.
Hannah loved pumpkins and fireworks, so on Saturday the business honored her by donating a portion of the day’s sales to her memorial fund.
“Hannah was so young and vibrant and amazing. She loved art. She loved reading. She loved pumpkins and she loved fireworks. She had a caring heart and we just want her memory to live on,” said Stacy Barton of Hale Fireworks.
Hannah was a Carthage 6th grader.
