Fatal motorcycle crash in Osage County leaves one dead

OSAGE COUNTY – One woman is dead after a motorcycle crash in Osage County Saturday afternoon. 

The crash happened on Highway 100, one mile east of County Road 318. 

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report, Tammy Sauer drove her 2015 Harley Davidson off the right side of the roadway and struck a sign post. Sauer traveled down an embankment and overturned.

Troopers responded around 4 p.m. on Saturday. Sauer was 52 years old. She was pronounced dead at the scene. 

This is Troop F’s second fatality for October and 62nd fatality for 2020.
