…THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM CDT FRIDAY FOR NORTHEASTERN ST. CLAIR COUNTY… At 1116 AM CDT, law enforcement reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain in the warned area. Radar estimates 5 to 8 inches of rain have fallen since early this morning. Flash flooding is already occurring. Several low water crossings and low lying areas remain
