…THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 AM CDT FOR CENTRAL CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY… At 729 AM CDT, law enforcement reported multiple locations had flash flooding overnight. Numerous roads were completely covered with flowing water. In low lying areas, water was as much as 3 feet deep. The rains have let up and water is receding.
