Flock Of Flamingos

JOPLIN, Mo – If you see pink flamingos scattered across some yards they are there for a reason.
Fostering Hope is holding their 3rd annual ‘Flock of Flamingos’ fundraiser to support kids in foster care.

Pineapple Bliss just got flocked and are partnering with Fostering Hope, offering a raffle with 25 dollar gift cards for the rest of the month.

Anyone who signs up to flock a friend will be entered to win.

You flock a friend with 24 flamingos for 25 dollars.

The flamingos will sit in the yard for about 24-48 hours with a sign showing they were flocked for kids in foster care.
Fostering Hope officials are hoping to raise around $3,000 this year.

“It’s really important to us as an organization to continue to find ways to raise funds to keep going, and this is something the community really seems to get behind and it’s fun for us and hopefully fun for them too” said Fostering Hope, Executive Director, Sarah Burch.

The money raised will help with continuing operations at the caring closets, providing essentials for foster kids.

They are also doing a virtual 5k flamingo run/walk for $15.

You can sign up to flock a friend by following this link.
