Donald Brown

Donald Calvin Brown, age 78 passed away May 24, 2020 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born April 3, 1942 in Hart, Mo. to the late Calvin and Ivie (Whitehead) Brown.

Donald was preceded in death by two sisters Anna Wills and Rosalee Wills, one granddaughter Chelsea Dawn Hibbard and one Great-granddaughter Kimber Jade Tunnell.
He was a faithful husband, devoted Dad, Papa/G-pa and loving Brother and Uncle and a friend to everyone he met. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports, perform in dance recitals and plays. He retired after dedicating over 40 years of service with McCartney Mfg./Ingersol Rand/KMT in Baxter. He loved attending dirt track races and watching NASCAR on TV. He was a citizen of the Wyandotte Nation.

Donald is survived by his wife Merlyn and four children, Leeah and Chuck Tunnell, Leesa Hibbard and Leeanna Radabaugh, nine grandchildren, Jocelyn and Justin Metcalf, Jake and Kendra Tunnell, Charlee Hibbard, Chuckie Tunnell, Summer Tunnell and Cymon Hibbard and Eli Radabaugh, thirteen great-grandchildren, four sisters and brothers in law, Beverly and Leonard Farmer, Zelda and Ron Francis, Neoma and Ronnie Roark, Kathy and Ron DeWeese and one brother and sister-in-law Ron and Liz Brown, Uncle to twenty nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends that will sadly miss him.

There will be a graveside service on Friday, May 29, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Wyandotte Cemetery with Reverend Geoff Buffalo officiating.
