Volunteers Hand Out Food In Webb City

Food insecurity remains a problem for many families in the 4-State area, especially for those still coping with the financial impacts of COVID-19.

To help, Webb City’s Church of the Nazarene volunteers got together this morning passing out non-perishables, as well as fresh fruit and eggs.

All of the food was donated by local businesses and area manufacturers.

Church members say they’re happy to provide this service to the community and are taking precautions to make sure they’re doing so in the safest way possible.

So far, the church is seeing about 150 cars per week.
