With our next cold front slowly working through central and eastern Kansas and an upper low working into the Central Plains for Memorial Day, we’ll have to be ready for periods of rain and t-storms throughout the day. With this setup, though, we’re not expecting any t-storms to be severe. The better chances for that will be with the marginal risk in parts of Iowa, Illinois Wisconsin where some small hail and gusty winds can’t be ruled out. For us, we can’t rule out some of our t-storms packing some heavy rainfall as we work through the day.
