Officials say this case is not travel related and did not have COVID-19 symptoms.

The case is at home isolating and all contacts have been notified.

The following facilities are testing for COVID-19 within McDonald County:

Noel OCH- (417) 475-6151
Freeman Anderson Clinic- (417) 845-0545
McDonald County Health Department- (417) 223-4351

Each facility has different hours of operation, so you should call for more information.
