…A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM CDT FRIDAY FOR CENTRAL SHANNON…NORTHEASTERN HOWELL AND SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS COUNTIES… At 202 PM CDT, runoff from heavy rainfall in earlier storms was producing flooding across the area. While rainfall has ended, residual flooding is still expected.
