National Outlook for Monday

An area of low pressure will track from the Central to Northeastern U.S through Tuesday night. Above normal temperatures are forecast Monday and Tuesday east of the low and a dozen or more record high minimum overnight temperatures may be broken through Tuesday night. A Pacific storm system is forecast to bring heavy rain and thunderstorms to Southern California by Tuesday.
