CLAIR AND NORTHEASTERN DADE COUNTIES… At 748 AM CST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated scattered showers and thunderstorms with heavy rainfall across the warned area. The headwaters of the Marmaton River basin show continued river rises as a result of the one to two inches of rain
