National Outlook for Wednesday

Another strong Pacific storm will bring additional rain and heavy mountain snow with strong winds to the West on Wednesday and Thursday. In the Southeast, a stalled front will continue to be the focus for additional heavy rain and flooding through Wednesday. A weak storm will bring a streak of fresh snow and possibly some ice Wednesday and Thursday from the Northern Plains to New England.
