Missouri Attorney General Schmitt Announces Sentencing of Wayne County Convicted Child Rapist, Daniel Martin

Jefferson City, MO (STL.News) – Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced yesterday the sentencing of Daniel Martin, who was sentenced to 38 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for sodomy, rape and molestation of a minor.

“One of my most important duties as Attorney General of Missouri is to protect our citizens – especially children – from harm.  I’m grateful to law enforcement and prosecutors in Bollinger and Wayne County who helped put Daniel Martin in prison,” said Schmitt.
