Jefferson City, MO (STL.News) – As part of Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft’s continued work to enhance security for customers, the Office has implemented enhanced credit card payment security, aimed at preventing fraud and improving the overall security environment of the office.

“This is another step in keeping security at the forefront of what we do every day,” Ashcroft said.  “This enhancement provides yet another layer of security for our customers.  In addition to protecting investors through the work of our Securities division, protecting victims of domestic violence through the Safe at Home program and maintaining the security and integrity of our election systems, we are proud to take this step to help prevent fraud.”
