Missouri Attorney General’s Office Obtains Habeas Corpus Denial for National Supermarket Gunman

Jefferson City, MO (STL.News) – Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced that his office has successfully obtained a denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus in the case of Marvin Jennings, one of the men responsible for the robbery and murder of five employees at the former National Supermarket in St. Louis.  Jennings was convicted of five counts of first degree murder, two counts of first degree assault, one count of first degree robbery, and eight counts of armed criminal action.
