Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt Secures Three More Federal Indictments Through Safer Streets Initiative

St. Louis, MO (STL.News) – Yesterday, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced that his office has secured an additional three federal indictments in St. Louis through the Safer Streets Initiative.  All three indictments, which were recently unsealed, were obtained by Special Assistant U.S. Attorneys (SAUSAs) deputized by the U.S. Attorney’s Office as part of the Safer Streets Initiative.  Schmitt announced the first federal indictment obtained by a SAUSA on June 27th.

On June 19, 2019, a federal grand jury indicted Daquan Marshall with one count of interfering with commerce by robbery, one count of possessing and discharging a firearm in connection with such robbery, and one count of unlawful possession of a firearm by a previously convicted felon.
