Joyce Terry and Julius, mother and son pleads guilty to defrauding Medicaid of more than $35,000 JEFFERSON CITY, MO (STL.News) – Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt announced that Julius Terry has pled guilty to two counts of the class C felony of Medicaid Fraud and one count of the class B felony of Receiving Stolen Property in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County. Julius Terry’s guilty plea follows the guilty plea of his mother, codefendant Joyce Terry, on January 4, 2019.
