Kansas City Man, Todd R. Leroy, Who Stockpiled Firearms Sentenced to 12 Years in Prison



KANSAS CITY, MO (STL.News) – A Kansas City, Missouri man who reportedly struck and dragged a police officer with his vehicle and stockpiled a large number of firearms in preparation for a shootout with officers was sentenced in federal court today for illegally possessing methamphetamine and firearms.

Todd R. Leroy, 37, was sentenced by U.S. Chief District Judge Beth Phillips to 12 years in federal prison without parole.
