Missouri Lottery News: St. Charles Woman, Sandra Smith, Hopes $1.7 Million Lotto Win Will Inspire Others

ST CHARLES, MO (STL.News) – Sandra Smith matched all six numbers in the Jan. 23 Missouri Lottery Lotto drawing, winning a $1.7 million jackpot.  The St. Charles resident purchased her winning ticket from Cool Spot Liquor, 4125 S Old Hwy 94, in St. Peters.  The winning numbers for the Jan. 23 Lotto drawing were 1, 3, 8, 41, 42 and 44.

Smith said she hopes that her Lotto win will inspire others not to give up hope that good things might come their way.
