Missouri News: 2018 Constitution Project set to kick off with events at Missouri Capitol



JEFFERSON CITY, MO – Students from 12 Missouri high schools will kick off the 2018 Constitution Project competition Wednesday, September 5 at the Missouri Capitol Building in Jefferson City.

The kickoff event is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. in the House Chamber.  Speakers are expected to include Missouri First Lady Teresa Parson, Missouri Speaker of the House Todd Richardson, Supreme Court of Missouri Judges Mary R. Russell and W. Brent Powell, as well as Don Hentges, veteran of the Vietnam War.
