Missouri News: Branson Police Start Impaired Driving Crackdown Today



BRANSON, MO – You will see more Branson Police officers looking for impaired drivers starting today, as they join a nationwide “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” crackdown.  This will include high-visibility enforcement throughout the City of Branson and will run from August 17 to September 3, 2018.  The Branson Police Department will have officers aggressively looking for substance-impaired drivers during the crackdown and will arrest anyone caught driving impaired.

Although it is illegal to drive impaired (having a blood alcohol concentration of .08 or higher), far too many people still get behind the wheel after consuming too much alcohol.
